Santa Domenica is more than a roastery: it is a cultural project born from Francesca's decades of experience in coffee — from training and consulting to working directly with producers in Central America. Her work reflects a commitment to sustainable, traceable specialty coffee, selecting beans grown with care and roasted to highlight their unique character. Each cup carries the story of the land it comes from and the people who cultivated it.

Our coffee program features beans sourced from carefully selected growers, roasted to reveal nuance, clarity, and balance, and brewed with precision.
