Toritto (BA), Alta Murgia
La Fattoria della Mandorla is an organic agri-food company in Toritto, in the heart of the Alta Murgia National Park, in the province of Bari. Since 1983 — across four generations — the family has cultivated and transformed the Toritto Almond, an ancient autochthonous cultivar known as "Filippo Cea", recognised as one of the flagship varieties of Puglia's agrobiodiversity. The entire supply chain is managed in-house: from ICEA-certified cultivation to in-house processing, ensuring complete traceability and verified organic quality.
The product range is broad and varied: plant-based alternatives to cheese — products that have made the farm a reference point in the vegan and plant-based world — alongside creams, pestos, sweet and savoury snacks, biscuits, and 100% unfiltered almond oil. All products are certified Vegan OK and ICEA, the result of a short, circular supply chain in which respect for nature is the starting point, not a label.
